Call for Proposals EXTENDED!
The session submission deadline has been EXTENDED until, 17 May 2017!! SAHEUG Alliance 2017 is a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase your innovations, share your challenges and get some professional development at the same time. We would love to see some more 'first-timers' so don't be shy and submit your presentation today!
- Whilst we anticipate that the majority of presentations at this conference will have a strong Student system (e.g. PeopleSoft Campus Solutions) focus, we would certainly consider presentations that address other areas pertinent to Higher Education including General Interest, Technology & Middleware, Business Intelligence, HR/Financials, Enterprise Content Management, Security/Risk, etc. We will be determining which proposals have wide interest and appeal as the submissions are evaluated. Bear in mind we usually have more proposals than session slots.
- Sessions can be an individual presenter or a team.
- Vendors are welcomed to propose sessions but their proposals must not be sales oriented. It is preferred that vendors present with an institution which uses their services.
- Sessions are intentionally only 45 minutes long so whilst your presentation preparation effort should not be onerous, you will also have to be concise.

Registration is open for the Southern African HEUG Alliance 2017, set for 4-5 July 2017, in Pretoria, South Africa. The conference will be held at the University of Pretoria, and will cater for aspects of the use of PeopleSoft and Oracle in our industry. By sharing information about the use of Oracle application products by Higher Education Institutions in the Southern African region, this is an ideal opportunity for conference attendees to establish strong networks and share invaluable experiences and ideas. Attendees will be able to hear presentations from various universities about PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, user experiences and share the opportunity to discuss common Oracle application issues experienced in the Southern African region.
