Concordia University uses Campus Solutions to process the graduation of students. We use a blend of delivered pages and processes, along with custom processes. In the session, we will provide an overview of how Concordia runs its graduation process all the way from a student’s application for graduation right through to the ceremony itself. We will cover in detail how Concordia processes the applications, how diplomas are created, how we marshal students and all the associated processes we run throughout during the graduation life cycle. Finally, we will cover the lessons that we have learnt from completing seven graduation cycles since going live with Campus Solutions in 2015.
