It's been go, go, go since go live. Comparing how things were in our Legacy system where scheduled jobs were not possible, unfortunately it had it's limits. The Seneca Admissions Team has integrated many processes with the use of the Jobset Definitions, to make the application process very efficient. Scheduled processes and query lists have been the key to our success. I want to share and describe how we use the various tools in Campus Solutions, such as the Recurrences, the Process Scheduler, the Schedule JobSet Definition and the Query Manager.
