The University of Calgary has created a customization that automates the entry of accounting into the Department Budget Table. The custom online forms for Job Change, Job Opening Request (used by Recruitment) and TBH have employees' accounting information entered. After final approval , the customization sends the accounting from the form to a central working table managed by payroll accounting. From there a process is run which uploads all the appointment and/or position accounting to the Department Budget Table.
