At the recent PAG Summit the Reporting PAG (RPAG) had discussions about the documentation that Oracle provides with maintenance/regulatory bundles and upgrades. A particular concern was expressed about notification of and documentation of changes to specific tables and columns (fields). The following information is being provided in follow-up to those discussions.
