After a brief introduction on the doctoral regulations at the University of Amsterdam, we will show how the administrative process regarding doctoral programs is implemented from start to finish using standard Campus Solutions functionality. Via an interactive demonstration we will guide you through our newly designed work center and show an exemplary implementation of an automated workflow without compromises on user-friendliness. With the pith of the matter being the Research Tracking module, and a focus on Candidate Management and Thesis Management and Evaluation, other topics include Checklists, Communication, Honors and Awards, Reports and the use of the Common Attribute Framework. At the end we will take a glimpse of the future and brag about our next steps in using Research Tracking functionality.
