ADU Presentations

Last year, I presented a “birds eye view” on FedUni's roadmap (2015-17). This year, I will present our achievements (CS9.2 upgrade, my eQuals, RALPH initiative, International admissions mgt system) from the past twelve months, demonstrating how have we been able to deliver outcomes in a cost effective and timely manner.
I will also discuss some benefits of Program Management best practice and share our learning in terms of central resource management for components (projects) delivery.
