Our new Casual Pay Automation Solution is 100% PeopleSoft, leveraging PeopleSoft Forms for the Engagement of a casuals, PeopleSoft Activity Guides for the Onboarding of casuals and PeopleSoft Time and Labour for Timesheet management. Whilst at the same time leveraging PeopleSoft fluid capability to enhance the user experience.

One of the biggest lessons learnt from our initial implementation of an automated casual pay system , was the need to streamline business processes, rather than attempting to develop a system that caters for every Faculties individual requirements. A major component of this project was change management and business process review, our presentation will also touch on our approach for managing this.
