When introducing new functionalities and user interfaces in a system it is essential to know how these changes are reviewed by the users. With the introduction of several new fluid pages in the Student Selfservice in Campus Solutions this became a current topic for Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Fluid technology lends the tools to build advanced pages. However, how effective and qualitative are they really? In cooperation with CY2 a custom user feedback functionality was developed which can be easily implemented in any fluid page. The extension gathers information on how the product is reviewed by the user. Additionally, some useful metadata is collected. This enables Inholland to improve its pages in a more focused way. This session offers a look inside the development process of the feedback plugin and also a glimpse of the technics. The process of gathering and processing the results will be subsequently treated. In conclusion we will look at the types of advice that can be obtained from end users this way.
