What does it really take for organizations to move back office processes to the Cloud? In this timely session, we engage you with the stories of three of our most recent Oracle Cloud implementations. These institutions embraced the modern ERP Cloud as the enabling platform for their digital transformation journey. The breadth of capabilities enabled include full HCM and ERP suites including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, hire to retire, budget to actuals and time to pay processes. We will share the steps, the hurdles, the lessons learned and benefits from these efforts directly from the implementation project manager. This presentation will discuss the real work required to move from an on-premise solution to a complete Oracle Cloud SaaS solution.

For the past few years, Oracle has encouraged partners to develop a Cloud implementation methodology to facilitate the implementation of modern business processes. Ciber developed the methodology and has used it for our Cloud projects and refined it using the practical experience gained only from implementing Oracle cloud applications. At Alliance 2017, along with a customer, we co-presented a case study on implementing Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services, focusing on methodology, scope and outcomes.
