Accounts Receivable / Billing emailing statements in batch made easy

PeopleSoft financials does not have emailing statements in batch form for Accounts receivable. After consulting with developers and consultants they found a way to add on functionality by using the Collections workbench in Accounts Receivable and build on what Oracle deilivered for emailing of statements.
