Circumstances sometimes arise when things go awry during the configuration of the Fee structure for a Course (or a Plan), or the student's enrolment record contains errors - and the effect of this is that the student is then not billed for that Course/Plan. The Univ of Pretoria has developed some diagnostic tools that not only identify such students but also assists in pin-pointing the source of the problem. Come and see what we've done!
