Universities want to deliver a modern customer experience at a lower cost to serve as well as attract a wider range of students. As mobile activity is progressively using less and less apps, conversational interfaces (or chat bots) will increasingly be used by universities to provide an accurate service with less effort on their part. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and conversational interfaces powered by the unique business friendly capabilities of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) can attract new students and increase student satisfaction at a reduced cost to serve. In this session, we will present a selection of real live case studies from universities in Australia that have implemented solutions from the Oracle CX suite to deliver a modern student experience at a lower cost to serve, and attracting a wider range of students. As mobile activity is progressing into conversational interfaces (or chat bots), we will also demo how to create modern intelligent services consistently across internal, web. mobile apps, conversational interfaces.
