Change of Grade Go Online

The development of Upgrade/Change of Grade online process was one of the deliverables of the Campus Solutions Upgrade Project - Phase 2 & 3 managed by USQ Student Systems from mid-2017 until early 2018. The functionality was launched at the end of January 2018.
The Upgrade/Change of Grade online process provides following functionality:

1. Course Examiners can initiate change of grade requests via Gradebook

2. Triggers an automated workflow and sends email notifications to the next level of approval, i.e. Moderator, Head of School or Faculty Assessment

3. Each level of approver has the ability to ‘approve’ or ‘push back’ change of grade requests

4. The automatic population of updated marks and grades back to Gradebook, creation and submission of a grade change Enrolment Request

5.Triggers email notifications to students once the grade change has been processed
