The Campus Solutions/PeopleTools upgrade introduced many new elements to our PeopleSoft environment including Fluid pages, Student Activity Centers and a new search Tool, ElasticSearch. Come see what choices Duke made regarding these new features and where we decided that it made more sense to stick with what we had in place.

Our upgrade went smoothly, but it was not with problems. We will discuss the lessons learned, and describe what we might have done differently. We will discuss the upgrade process, user testing, community buy-in and post-upgrade issues. Join us for a discussion of all these things, and more.
