State and Local Government Industry User Group Recommends Customer Support Expectations to Oracle

The Board and members of the State and Local Government Industry User Group (SLG) prepared a postion paper which details key customer support expectations for the new Oracle Corporation in light of the merger with PeopleSoft.  The position paper was presented to Jeb Dasteel, Vice President of Global Customer Programs at Oracle.
