The University of Amsterdam did thorough research about privacy regulations and will now present ‘the big GDPR quiz’! The European Data Protection Regulation is applicable since May 2018, now over a year ago. All institutions had time to adapt to these regulations, but is everyone aware of what these privacy regulations actually mean in the day to day work? What type of data should be handled with care and what information is safe to share? There is still a lot of gray area, maybe there is data that has always been shared between departments, so why change that now? Or maybe the question just seems legit, so it feels right to share that data. What to do when the GDPR rules have been violated? Or: what happens when data ends up at the wrong place? Check your GDPR knowledge at ‘the big GDPR quiz’!
