Florida State University (FSU) successfully applied PS Activity Guide to Student Withdrawal Application with Campus Solution 9.0. With this web application, a student can walk through step by step online, such as signing agreement, updating contact information, filling withdrawal form, confirming all other involved areas include housing, financial aid, visa, etc., and uploading support documents.
Based on a withdrawal reason, the application steps can dynamically be changed. For example, if the reason is Medical Withdrawal, one more step will be inserted into the Activity Guide to fill out a Medical form. Otherwise it will just go through basic steps without this additional step.
The application can be submitted online. It also can be canceled within 10 days after submission. A student can check the application status, review the application, and continue upload support documents.
