This Student Orientation Subject area gives a detailed overview of the specific student. Data is compiled from different subject areas like Student Records, Admissions and Recruitment and external Test Scores. For the Students attending these orientation sessions, Advisors will have details on high School, intended Academic program and plan along with Test Scores and Recruitment Categories. By having all the required information in a dashboard, Academic Advisors and Administrators are better prepared to welcome the incoming students and effectively advise them. In this session we will take a look at the approach taken by the BI and functional team to develop the dashboard. We will be able to give any idea how the BI and DW team was able to bring data from different source and present it. This Dashboard is used by over 300 undergraduate advisors in FSU.
