This presentation/case study will provide an overview of the approach and progress of this major strategic initiative for the UNSW. Starting off from a concept, initial analysis that we will share will demonstrate the true nature of the problem, the various calendar models considered, and the scale and scope of work that is now underway. This includes an overview of the various Systems projects relating to admissions, enrolments and results processes that sit over the actual calendar reconfiguration work in our Campus Solutions environment.
