In 2015 USQ implemented Credit Transfer rules, an online credit calculator, an online form to request credit and staff processing workflow. This enabled students to easily identify potential credit and submit requests online via their Student Centre and allowed the request to be directed to the various work areas for assessment and processing. Also as a part of USQ's Student Centre upgrade in 2017 we have revamped our online form to be more intuitive and in the fluid interface.
The Higher Education User Group (HEUG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping member institutions effectively manage administrative technologies to improve the student and user experience. We support executives, managers, and staff who select, deploy, integrate, and manage multiple systems by providing education, professional resources, and opportunities to connect with peers.
