By Dutch law each program is required to have an Examination Board. These Boards function independent within the institution. As a result a myriad of forms and proces flows existed over different systems. Some of these systems where not regarded a safe to store student information. It also meant that students were confronted with different ways of making requests within the same institution. The aim of this project was to enhance the student experience and safely store the student information. This presentation will tell the story of how we managed to get everyone on the same page and the challenges we faced in harmonizing forms and workflows over the 21 Examination Boards and how we streamline user requests after implementation.
