From 2012 to 2016, we had two major customizations in place to provide important information and deadlines to our students. They needed to acknowledge this information before they could register each term. When activity guides were introduced in 2014, we knew they could be used to replace the customizations. We began testing in 2015 and implemented in 2016. We will review our setup and discuss why we made the decisions that we did. We will also talk about what we learned along the way and the issues we encountered. Finally, because we are implementing Campus Solutions 9.2 this summer, we will discuss the changes that may need to be made to our tasks in the future.
