Providing functional and technical support for PeopleSoft systems requires specialist skills and knowledge – both of product and technology layers. This session is an open roundtable discussion between all attending to discuss strategies that institutions are using to upskill new staff in these specialist areas and brainstorm ideas of how to do this in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst still getting a high-quality outcome.
