Follow Illinois State University’s planning and implementation to be able to account for both fluctuating rates based on overall FTE of employees (including multiple jobs) and summer and academic breaks when the state insists that the employees be direct-billed while off contract. This presentation will show how ISU created a Benefits Data Page that allows us to meet the state of IL requirements for Benefit FTE calculation, as well as control and override Benefit Deductions for fluctuating, combined and overridden FTE. Also join us to discuss how you might have similar solutions in your benefits calculations in the unique world of Higher Education academic breaks and multiple/partial jobs.
