In 2018 the University of Adelaide implemented a fully integrated Gideon Taylor eForm to manage the requests and approval of a range of flexible work arrangements. This fully integrates into Job Data, Position Data and Work Schedules.The second form to be presented is the cost centre amendment form implemented in 2017. Another integrated Gideon Taylor eForm that manages all cost centre and project code changes, smart enough to insert correct effective dates in Job Data so as not to impact any pay or GL calculations.
