Improving the Student Experience by introducing user centered design principles

Understanding our students is paramount in creating relevant and lasting system and process changes. This session will discuss a shift toward user-centered design in higher education. We will examine the foundational steps we have taken to better understand our users, design solutions for these users, and review our efforts through frequent stakeholder consultation.
