Discovery Phase for HCM V9.2 Upgrade

During 2015/16 we raised awareness of the need to upgrade to remain compliant and within support. A proposal was put to UC Governance Board which was given initial approval to allow a Business Case to be prepared. The business case was based on a 2 stage project
