Chatbots quickly gained a lot of attention in the last couple of years. In this session we will introduce you to Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) a platform that gives us the ability to implement a chatbot. In this session we will do a ‘click through’-session on the platform showing you all relevant configuration and code samples in order to make your first chatbot step by step from scratch. After the session we have a fully workable chatbot using various api’s from google and integration with CS.
