This presentation will focus on how the University of Wisconsin utilized business process driven test plans during their HCM 9.2 Upgrade, PeopleTools 8.55 upgrade, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Image 22. Additional content will show how these test plans can be leveraged for future PeopleTools upgrades, PUM Images, as well as operational functionality.
