UP has created a number of 'one button' programs in the Student Records environment. These "buttons" merge a number of disparate Campus Solutions functions into a single function that ensures that all the steps in a specific process are completed as part of a single transaction. Two examples are the "Student Discontinuation" button and the "Admission Revoke" button. By creating these programs we made certain processes far more efficient; reduced human errors and have greater data integrity. Consequently we have also minimized fault lists and have created more trust in our system for student and staff members.
