WorkCenters are designed for specific roles and provide a central area for users to access key components and pages and perform daily tasks without leaving the WorkCenter. The goal of the WorkCenter is to increase productivity by grouping access to related transactions in one area (i.e. links to components, queries, reports, processes, and actionable items), reducing time to navigate menus and highlighting items requiring attention in the My Work section. We'll provide an overview of WorkCenters, walk through how to configure WorkCenter pagelets and personalize a WorkCenter, and demonstrate those used at Western University.
