A working group from a cross section of various modules (Enrollment, Records, Financial Aid and Student Financials) met during the spring and summer of 2011 to develop a broad sprectrum of suggestions for the improvement of Veteran's and Post 9/11 benefits processing. It was submitted to Oracle in December 2011.
