The process to streamline and automate the transfer credit and articulation process at MacEwan University started in August 2018 and went live April 2019. Attendees to this session will learn how MacEwan moved transfer credit and articulation from a flash drive and a Microsoft Access database to Campus Solutions. This presentation will walk you through MacEwan’s approach to improving the Student Self Service for transfer credit, how we created a unified workflow and tracking mechanism for the articulation process, enhanced reporting capabilities, what worked, pitfalls, and lessons learnt.
