Delivering training on a new system or system upgrade can be an exciting and fun task for a training specialist, but what if you’ve been called upon to train and you are not training specialist? No need to worry! In this session we will cover ten key concepts to make your training successful, like understanding the adult learner (and yourself as a trainer), the twelve-minute rule for lectures, and targeting your training to each learner. Getting these ten tips under your belt will help you deliver a successful training session, and one that you actually enjoy teaching.
