Re-imagining refunding processing by creating a Refunding dashboard.

Walk through creation of a pivot grid, with drilling queries, and reports for a one stop overview of refunding. Will walk through building the dashboard components workcenters, navigation collections, and using composite query and pivot grids. Publish as a Grouplet and make available as a Fluid tiles to be added to homepage.
