This session is intended to introduce Oracle's Cloud Finance Functionality. Strategically, Oracle is strongly focused on an all encompassing cloud strategy - including IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service); PAAS (Platform as a Service) and SAAS (Software as a Service) - and this session focuses on Oracle SAAS offering in the Financial management domain. Whilst many institutions will already have deployed an ERP (e.g. PeopleSoft FSCM or EBS Finance) and may not be in a hurry to move from OnPremise solutions to Cloud-based solutions, it is useful to keep an eye on Oracle's evolving strategy for cloud based deployments for servicing the Financial Management requirements of businesses.
