Keep Calm and Review Graduations

Following a University review of the graduation event, various changes were introduced to the Queen's Summer 2019 Graduation ceremonies. From increase to the number of ceremonies and a re-design of the online registration portal/ticketing process to enhancement of graduation outputs. With limited time to develop and test the functionality, this session details our journey and lessons learned.
