In deze workshop komen de toepassingsmogelijkheden van NTF aan bod, zoals sms voor cijferinvoer en email voor verzoekschriften. Universiteit Leiden gebruikt NTF voor bulk sms om studenten te herinneren aan het herinschrijven en/of betaling. Inholland gebruikt de bulk sms voor het ondersteunen van het herinneringsproces voor (her)inschrijven en de deelname aan de Studiekeuzecheck. Beide instellingen hebben een andere manier van ontwikkelen en implementeren. De voor- en nadelen van die werkwijzen komen aan bod en er is ruimte voor discussie en vragen.
