HRS 9.2 Upgrade - University of Wisconsin System Organizational Enablement Strategies. In February 2017 the UWS upgraded from version 9.0 to 9.2. UWS consists of 13 four year institutions, 13 two-year Colleges, Extension, and UW System Administration. The UWS prepares over 100,000 tax statements per year. This presentation will focus on the Organization Enablement Strategies used to complete a successful upgrade. Topics include the Site Leader Network, Communication Strategies, Readiness Web Site, and Assessment Tools.
