The Department of Education & Training and the Department of Human Services have commenced a joint project Transforming the Collection of Student Information (TCSI) to replace the Higher Education Provider Client Assistance Tool (HEPCAT) and the Centrelink Academic Reassessment Transformation (CART) reporting. TCSI will result in changes to existing reported elements by adding new elements, changing some elements and removing others from reporting as well as the reporting method. The Oracle/PeopleSoft universities using Campus Solutions now need to mobilise to inform the design requirements for the TCSI project to inform the solution for Oracle to build.
