This session does a deep-dive into the registration process at UCT and showcase how delivered functionality is working together to provide an end-to-end process to facilitate registration. This includes interaction between students, advisors and administrators while enforcing institution specific business rules, checks and balances. Key delivered functionality working together as part of this process include Program Enrollment, Elastic Search with the delivered Class Search/Shopping Cart, Service Requests, Activity Guides, Forms and Approval Builder, Rules Engine for both PE as well as Service Request workflow routing etc.
