Meet Holly: Inholland's first Chatbot

In this session we would like to show our progress of implementing a chatbot using the Oracle digital assistant framework
In this pilot project we build our own chatbot based on a password reset business flow.
During the session we will cover conversation design, Timelines, How to implement a chatbot and a demo of our new digital assistant Holly.
