This document's highights the ICAB Maintenance Value Initiative. The purpose of the Maintenance Value Initiative is to work with PeopleSoft to ensure that maintenance programs provide maximum value to the customer base. Customers are seeing significant increases in direct costs of maintenance due to the retirement of maintenance caps or the introduction of enhanced functionality (eApps). The goal of the initiative is to improve the customer’s overall maintenance value and experience.
