This presentation will be about creating a fluid portal for applicants, including customizations for credentials evaluation, uploads management and an automated interface with a payment service provider! Focus will be on the aim of the project: increased efficiency and usability for applicants and the backoffice processes associated with them and on how we got there: from lots of conferencing, to mockups being reviewed by real user experience experts to the actual building by our devs.
