This session will present some details about the software selection process and proof of concept phases, and will emphasize the roadmap of the Campus Solutions implementation project and its architecture. The evolutionary implementation approach will be discussed and the partitioning of the go-live phases will be presented, where each new go-live (or roll-out) multiplies by 5 the number of addressed users. The first go-live occurred after 9 months from the beginning of the project and the pros and cons for this approach will be discussed, and the challenges of having concurrent support and project activities will be explored. Lastly, will be presented the Brazilian localization efforts and the relationship with other Institutions aiming at leveraging this process.
