Effective communication to students means meeting them where they are. Using our Connect framework we enable institutions to communicate to students in virtually any application. We currently support communication via e-mail, SMS, Microsoft Teams, Slack, ModoLabs. Connect puts students at the center where they decide through which channels the institution should communicate to them. The Higher Education User Group (HEUG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping member institutions effectively manage administrative technologies to improve the student and user experience.
