Challenges:
The multiple-step process posed a major challenge for end-users as they were not familiar with, or trained on Query Manager and Oracle BI Publisher.
The number of queries to facilitate the population selection parameters for end-users resulted in numerous queries, almost a 1-2-1 relationship.
The multiple-step process posed also posed the risk of end-users not generating the communication.
Bilingual communication, i.e. both Afrikaans and English and the delivered Oracle BI Publisher translation functionality does not include Afrikaans as an option.
So, there had to be another solution!
