UniSA has been using Oracle Integration Cloud Services (ICS) extensively over the past year to accomplish integration between Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and various on premise systems including PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

This presentation will give you an introduction to Oracle Integration Cloud Services (ICS) and the role it has played in our on-going implementation of the Oracle CX Cloud.
