This is the first in a series of publications that will articulate how HEUG member institutions can plan to move from PeopleSoft applications and the PeopleTools infrastructure to Fusion applications and the Fusion Architecture.  This paper is intended to layout strategic guidelines for schools to consider, and also to provide some tactical advice on what steps to take to ready your institution for a new generation of applications and middleware.
